By accessing the Divine Guidance Institute and Wellness Center Inc. website or services, you agree to the following terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use.

By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by Nicole and Mike Sebastian (“Coach”), and you are entering into an agreement to the following terms and conditions:

1) Scope of Services

The scope of services rendered by the Coach pursuant to this contract shall be solely limited to those described and/or provided for on our websites or related platforms.

Coach reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the Program if reasonably required.

2) Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to be open, present and prepared to complete the work. Client is responsible for their own implementation and success.

Content is for individual, non-commercial use only. Sharing or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Coach reserves the right to remove Client from any service or program at any time for any reason.

The Program may include modules, bonuses, group sessions, coaching, community, or other learning tools.

Client acknowledges that outcomes are not guaranteed, and methodology may vary based on individual needs.

3) Payments and Refunds

All purchases for digital content, online courses, and coaching are final due to the nature of delivery. Refunds will only be issued in the case of duplicate transactions or errors, or if otherwise explicitly stated.

A 14-day refund policy may apply to certain programs, provided the Client fully participates in the core components. Client must fully engage in each defined aspect of the program. You are encouraged to complete the core training within your first 7 days using the tools and guidelines provided. Your progress depends on various factors, including your consistency, implementation and willingness to follow the steps outlined.

Delivery of digital access constitutes fulfillment of our obligation, and it is your responsibility to take action. We recommend taking immediate, same day action rather than waiting. Delays are your responsibility and do not constitute grounds for disputes or refund claims. Claims based on non-consumption or inactivity are not grounds for refunds or disputes.

Credit card authorizations for payment plans are processed securely. Missed payments may result in revoked access and eventual termination of services.

4) Donations

Donations are charitable contributions to Divine Guidance Institute and Wellness Center Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Unless otherwise noted, no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations, and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Donation receipts will be issued; donors are responsible for retaining records for tax purposes.

Recurring donations authorize repeat charges until canceled. You may cancel future charges at any time prior to the next billing date; cancellations are prospective only. Amounts already processed are non-refundable.

Donations are generally non-refundable. In cases of error, fraud, or duplicate transactions, refunds may be issued upon verification.

Where a donation is designated for a specific purpose or campaign, we will make reasonable efforts to honor the designation; if a program is fully funded, closed, or becomes infeasible, funds may be reallocated to the area of greatest need.

Donations processed via third-party payment platforms are subject to those platforms’ terms and may be net of processing fees.

5) Waiver of Liability

Client assumes all responsibility for participation. The Coach is not liable for any injuries, outcomes, or damages incurred through service use.

6) Intellectual Property

All content is the exclusive intellectual property of Divine Guidance Institute and Wellness Center Inc. One license is granted for personal use. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution will result in removal and possible legal action.

7) Digital Product Use

All content, downloads, and course materials are for individual use only. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8) Recording and Release

Client acknowledges and consents that sessions may be recorded and used for commercial/non-commercial purposes. By participating, Client waives any rights to royalties, approvals, or future claims.

9) Non-Disparagement

Parties agree not to disparage one another in any public or private setting.

10) Good Faith

Each party agrees to act in good faith in all matters regarding this agreement.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is,” with no guarantees or warranties.

12) Limitation of Liability

Client assumes all risks associated with services. Coach is not liable for damages resulting from program use.

13) Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full agreement between Client and Coach, superseding all prior agreements.

14) Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
